A special meeting of the Town Council was held on May 18, 2006. Present were Mayor Wes Foy and Council Members Phillip Hise, Rocky Buchanan, John Boone and Gregg Henline. Staff in attendance included Richard Canipe and Dave Lindsey.

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Foy called the special meeting to order at 5:30 PM.

DISCUSSION
Finance Officer Dave Lindsey presented a draft budget to the Town Council. The budget as proposed included no property tax increase but proposed increases in water and sewer charges. Council will study the draft budget and make changes as necessary.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned upon motion of Phillip Hise.
